INSTRUCTIONS
Formula 1 Shake – mix 2 table spoons with 250 ml of water or skim milk. Add some fruit according to taste. To manage your weight use it 2 times per day – breakfast and either lunch or dinner.
Aloe – Have 1 glass of Aloe Vera drink 3 times a day
Multifibre drink – Mix 1 measuring spoon (6,8 g) with 150 ml of water or add a scoop to your favorite shake mix. Enjoy this product within a balanced and varied diet, as part of a healthy active lifestyle.
