• Standard Shipping: A R39.90 shipping fee applies to orders under R899.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real time.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days (if processed before 12:00 PM on a working day).
• Secure & Tracked Shipping: All parcels are tracked to provide complete visibility throughout transit.

Shipping & Processing Standards

We follow strict shipping protocols to ensure on-time deliveries:

• Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (business days) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
• Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the following business day and usually dispatched that day.
• Standard Dispatch Time: Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Note: Orders placed during holidays, weekends, or the start/end of the month may experience slight delays.
