4x Herbalife Formula 1 Shake
Low calorie meal that is the main part of all our weight management packages. Use it 2 times per day, breakfast and lunch/dinner.
The shake has only 220 calories per meal, but contains 18g of protein and lots of vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
2x Protein Drink Mix
When added to the shake, the protein powder will make it thicker, tastier and more filling. The added proteins will keep you full for longer.
2x Cell Activator
The objective behind Cell Activator is to help cells in the body absorb nutrients efficiently, thereby increasing available energy to the body.
2x Multifibre Drink
Fiber is important to help you get rid of toxins from your body, and to ease the passage of food through your gut. Additional fiber also expands in your stomach, sating your hunger and keeping you from overeating.

INSTRUCTIONS
Formula 1 Shake – mix 2 table spoons with 250ml of water or skim milk. Add some fruit according to taste. To maintain your weight, replace one meal a day (preferably breakfast). Replace 2 meals a day – breakfast and either lunch or dinner.
Protein Drink Mix – Mix 1-2 table spoons along with the shake.
Cell Activator – Take 1 capsule 2 times per day with shakes or meals
Multifibre Drink – Mix 1 measuring spoon (6,8 g) with 150 ml of water or add a scoop to your favourite shake mix
Herbalife Instant Tea – Mix 1.5 teaspoons with hot or cold water and drink throughout the day. Don’t take too late in the evening if you are sensitive to caffeine.
Aloe – Have 1 glass of Aloe Vera drink 3 times a day
Thermo complete - Take one to two tablets twice daily, mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
